Each year during the winter break period, the University Chaplains and The Rt. Rev. M. Thomas Shaw, Diocesan Bishop of Massachusetts, travel with college students from throughout the diocese on pilgrimage to one of our global mission partners.

UPDATES FROM KENYA...

Dear Pilgrims & Friends,

I'm sad to say that the news out of Kenya is not encouraging.  Nan and Gerry, our Mothers' Union friends, as well as, the most vulnerable of the vulnerable...the children and orphans...all need our prayers.

I am attaching the last three updates that I have received dating back to last year (when things were going quite well).

Please pray for peace in Kenya, and for courage, strength and comfort for all our friends...Nan and Gerry, the children, families, the college, the diocese and Bishop, the hospital, everything....just lift it up and pray!  This must be a very difficult time for the all concerned!
